BlackRock Brewers is a startup brewery in Tucson, AZ. Our goal is to open a production brewery with a 15 barrel capacity. We will have a tasting room in East Tucson, where patrons and craft brew enthusiasts can enjoy our beers. Our focus will be to distribute to local and regional venues while growing our brand and product line.

Tony Williams and Chuck Boyer are longtime friends. We have both been in the Information Technology industry for close to 20 years. About 6 years ago we received home brewing starter kits for Christmas and 3 years ago started brewing together. Our passion for making quality beer lead us to starting BlackRock Brewers. For 2 years we have been working to turn BRB, our dream, into reality.

Our market research shows that the Tucson craft beer market is underdeveloped, and has room for about 30 breweries (Based on per capita numbers). We plan to locate our brewery in east Tucson, a significantly underserved area of the city. The Tucson craft beer scene is increasing in popularity, and we want to contribute to the awareness, growth, and enjoyment of craft beer.
